The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a regular meeting on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 4:00 p.m., <br />Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor /Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Sandra Solomon, Vice Mayor /Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />Colleen Hufford, Commissioner - Seat No. 4 <br />Andrew Meadows, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon; City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk <br />Andy Brooks, Human Resources and Risk Manager <br />David Del Rosso, Interim Police Chief <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Jim Goodman, Police Sergeant <br />Sandra Smith, Community Development Director <br />Randy Woodruff, Development Services Manager <br />1. MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 4:01 p.m. Mayor Glancy <br />announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Pastor Tom Eggebrecht of Casselberry Ascension Lutheran Church gave the invocation. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />4. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />
