CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 26, 2015 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 16 <br />4. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of September 14, 2015 — Regular Meeting, <br />B. Minutes of October 12, 2015 — Reaular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the September 14, <br />2015 Regular Meeting and the October 12, 2015 Regular Meeting, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5 -0. <br />A. Presentation: Detective Vilay Khounphixay Retirement <br />Police Chief Larry D. Krantz presented Detective Vilay Khounphixay with a Chief s Commendation, Retired <br />Officer Identification Card and Badge and his service weapon in recognition of his retirement due to a service - <br />related injury after eleven years and seven months of service with the City. The Mayor and Commissioners <br />thanked Detective Khounphixay for his dedicated service to the City and its citizens and wished him the best <br />for the future. <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Special Invoice Report <br />Introduction: The Special Invoice Report policy was adopted by the Commission to streamline the financial <br />process for approval of certain invoices, awards of bids, initial contracts and change orders on a project in <br />excess of 5% of the total project. The following items have been received by the affected departments and are <br />being presented for approval: <br />Fisher & Phillips LLP <br />® City Labor Attorney Legal Services for September 2015 <br />Invoice No. 22751- 954759 $ 3,545.91 <br />
