CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of February 8, 2016 — Regular Meeting Page 5 of 12 Budget Impact: Revenue has been budgeted in the Local Option Gas Tax Fund/FDOT Traffic Signal Maintenance Reimbursement revenue account #109 - 0000 - 369.93 -05 for FY 2016. An adjustment of the budgeted revenue is not necessary at this time. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 16 -2828. E. Resolution 16 -2829 — Final Change Order No. 2 to the Construction AjZreement with AJC Construction, LLC for the South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #16 -034 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF FINAL CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH AJC CONSTRUCTION, LLC FOR THE SOUTH TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 16 -2829 approves Final Change Order No. 2 between the City of Casselberry and AJC Construction, LLC, in the net deductive amount of $37,589.67, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #16 -034 is also requested. Budget Impact: Upon approval, Budget Amendment 916 -034 will increase the following accounts. In the Capital Improvement Fund: Transfer to Fund 110 account #305- 0190- 581.91 -14 - $18,939 and Transfer to Fund 401 account #305- 0190 - 581.91 -04 - $21,540 In the Utility Fund: Transfer from Fund 305 account #401- 0000 - 381.30 -50 - $21,540 and in the Stormwater Fund: Transfer from Fund 305 - $18,939. In addition, the following accounts will decrease: In the Capital Improvement Fund: Infrastructure account 9305- 0720 - 541.63 -40 - $39,571, account #305- 0740 - 539.63 -40 - $18,939, and account #305- 0751 - 539.63 -40 - $21,540. In the Stormwater Fund: Other Non - operating Sources account # 110- 0000 - 389.90 -00 - $18,939 and in the Utility Fund: Other Non - operating Sources account #401 - 0000 - 389.90 -00 - $21,540. BA #16 -036 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval for AJC Construction, LLC final Change Order #2 in the deductive amount of $37,590 for construction of the South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project which is part of the City's Neighborhood Improvement Program. This will adjust the project budget to reflect final payment.
