Sorensen <br />Planner 1 <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br />Return to: <br />City Clerk <br />City of Casselberry <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive <br />Casselberry, FL 32707 <br />ORDINANCE 14 -1406 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE <br />IV, SECTION 2 -4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; <br />ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PRD <br />(PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) FOR THOSE <br />PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1 OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of establishing zoning classification of the <br />property hereinafter described has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida and, at such <br />hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed establishment of zoning <br />classification were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described will be changing from Recreation Open <br />Space to Medium Density Residential on the Casselberry Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use <br />Map; and <br />WHEREAS, the PRD zoning classification is consistent with the MDR Future Land Use <br />Map designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency <br />has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this future land use map amendment; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as <br />PRD as that classification is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and <br />Ordinance # 14 -1406 <br />Page 1 <br />
