ORDINANCE 15 -1423 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2 -4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PS (PUBLIC AND SEMIPUBLIC SERVICE) FOR THE PARCELS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the properties described in Section I are within the corporate boundaries of the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described will be changing from County Commercial and City Commercial to Public on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the PS zoning district is consistent with the Public future land use designation; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject properties, hereinafter described, within the PS zoning district has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and /or against the proposed zoning district were heard; and WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as PS, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter Il, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2 -4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to
