Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida, regulating and restricting the use of lands within the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the subject <br />properties as Medium Density Residential, for the parcel of land located at 2751 Howell Branch <br />Road, being more specifically described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A: Lot 2 (Less E 4.49 <br />Ft & Rd) a Replat of Part of Winter Park Estates PB 9 PG 31. Parcel ID 27-21-30- 501 -0000- <br />0020. <br />SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty -one <br />(3 1) days after its passage and adoption. If challenged within thirty (3 0) days after adoption, this <br />Ordinance shall not become effective until the State Planning Agency or the Administrative <br />Commission, respectively, issues a final order determining the small scale development <br />amendments contained in this Ordinance are in compliance. <br />FIRST READING this � _y. day of , A.D. 2015. <br />SECOND READING AND ADOPTION this I k "'day of � , A.
