ORDINANCE 15 -1435 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2 -4.3, UNIFIED LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; ESTABLISHING <br />THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PRD (PLANNED RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT) FOR THE PARCEL DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF <br />THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section 1 are within the corporate boundaries of <br />the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described will be changing from County Low <br />Density Residential to City Medium Density Residential on the Future Land Use Map of the <br />Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the PRD (Planned Residential Development) zoning district is consistent <br />with the Medium Density Residential future land use designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Planning Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject property, <br />hereinafter described, within the PRD zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and /or against the <br />proposed zoning district were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as <br />PRD, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, <br />of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2 -4.3. of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the <br />
