Resolution 16 -2815 — Establishing Fund and Department Level Accounting and <br />Expenditure Authority Quarterly Budget Amendment Process, Monthly Interim <br />Budget Reporting Continued Invoice Reporting and nd Approval Processes for <br />Attorney Fees and Legal Services and an Approval Process for Additional Capital <br />Outlay Items <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FUND AND <br />DEPARTMENT LEVEL ACCOUNTING AND EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY; ESTABLISHING A <br />QUARTERLY BUDGET AMENDMENT PROCESS FOR NECESSARY BUDGET AMENDMENTS; <br />PROVDING FOR INTERIM BUDGET REPORTING ON A MONTHLY BASIS; ESTABLISHING <br />CONTINUED INVOICE REPORTING AND APPROVAL PROCESSES FOR ATTORNEY FEES <br />AND LEGAL SERVICES; ESTABLISHING AN APPROVAL PROCESS FOR ADDITIONAL <br />CAPITAL OUTLAY ITEMS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 16 -2815 establishes fiend and department level accounting and expenditure <br />authority; establishes City Manager transfer authority; establishes Quarterly Budget Amendment Process; <br />establishes the provision to City Commission of budget information on a monthly basis; establishes an <br />approval process for legal set-vices invoices; and establishes an approval process for additional capital outlay <br />items not previously authorized in the adopted budget. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 16- <br />2815. <br />C. Resolution 16 -2816 — The Reserve at Legacy Park Model Home Agreement with <br />Pulte Homes Corporation <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />PROVIDING FOR A MODEL HOME AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />AND PULTE HOMES CORPORATION FOR THE RESERVE AT LEGACY PARK SITE ON <br />TRACT B OF THE LEGACY PARK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 16 -2816 approves the Model Home Agreement with Pulte Homes Corporation, and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 16 -2816 and the Model Home Agreement. <br />
