Resolution 16 -2822 - Change Order No. 4 to Applied Hydogeologic Solutions LLC Standard Professional Services Agreement for Brownfield Remediation Services and Related Budget Amendment #16 -030 Resolution 16 -2822 and related Budget Amendment #16-030 provide for Change Order No. 4 to the Standard Professional Services Agreement with Applied Hydogeologic Solutions LLC for brownfield remediation services to provide additional consultation and testing services for the Lake Concord Park Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $3,500 without prior written authorization. Resolution 16 -2823 Purchase of 351 Concord Drive and Related Budget Amendment #16 -031 Resolution 16 -2823 and Related Budget Amendment # 16 -031 provides for the purchase of property, located at 351 Concord Drive for an amount of $127,500.00 plus closing and other associated costs, to be used for improvements associated with the Concord Drive Improvements Project. G. Resolution 16 -2824 Purchase of 315 Concord Drive and Related Budget Amendment # 16 -032 Resolution 16 -2824 and Related Budget Amendment # 16 -032 provides for the purchase of property, located at 315 Concord Drive for an amount of $139,900.00 plus closing and other associated costs, to be used for improvements associated with the Concord Drive Improvements Project. Resolution 16 -2825 Support for Innovative Traffic Signal Technologies Pilot Project Resolution 16 -2825 provides for the City Commission to declare support for a regional innovative traffic signal technologies pilot project. 8.
