F. Resolution 16 -2830 - Amendment No. 2 to the Contract with Cardno TBE for the Police Station Brownfield Clean -up Project and Related Budget Amendment #16 -033 Resolution 16 -2830 provides for Amendment No. 2 to extend the services contract with Cardno TBE for Brownfield clean -up mitigation services at the Casselberry Police Station site on US Hwy 17 -92 based on a multi -year technical cost proposal totaling $309,200. Related Budget Amendment #16-033 provides funding in the amount of $64,825 for fiscal year 2015 -2016 of that multi -year proposal. G. FY 2017 Capital and Operating Budget Calendar Consideration to approve the Budget Calendar for preparing and adopting the FY 2016/2017 Budget is requested. H. Annual Report of Police Officers and Firefighters' Pension Plan Activity for FY 2015 The City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2015 is submitted for City Commission review and acceptance. 8. US Highway 17 -92 (ZB 15 -04) Ordinance 16 -1437 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map designation for properties located at 5655 S. US Highway 17 -92 and nearby from City of Casselberry PMX -H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to City of Casselberry PMX -High (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise). B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 16 -1438 - Adoption of Capital Improvement Program as Part of the City Comprehensive Plan Ordinance 16 -1438 provides for adopting the City of Casselberry's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) as part of the Comprehensive Plan. 12.
