Unless the item is removed fi•om the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., Invoice No. 67494 - $14,136.72 Fisher & Phillips LLP, Invoice No. 22751- 967638 - $2,226.00 B. Resolution 16 -2815 - Establishing Fund and Department Level Accounting and Expenditure Authority, Quarterly Budget Amendment Process, Monthly Interim Budget Reporting, Continued Invoice Reporting and Approval Processes for Attorney Fees and Legal Services, and an Approval Process for Additional Capital Outlay Items Resolution 16 -2815 provides for establishing fund and department level accounting and expenditure authority, establishes a quarterly budget amendment process, the provision to City Commission of budget information on a monthly basis, for approval of attorney fees and payment of legal services invoices, and establishes an approval process for additional capital outlay items not previously authorized in the adopted budget. C. Resolution 16 -2816 - The Reserve at Legacy Park Model Home Agreement with Pulte Homes Corporation Resolution 16 -2816 provides for a Model Home Agreement with the property owner /developer, Pulte Homes Corporation, for The Reserve at Legacy Park located within the Legacy Park Planned Development along Seminola Boulevard. D. Resolution 16 -2817 - FY2016 Capital Lease Contract with SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corporation, Equipment Schedule 13 & Related Budget Amendment #16 -026 Resolution 16 -2817 and related Budget Amendment #16 -026 provide for consideration of Equipment Schedule 13 Exhibits A through G -2 and related documents to the Master Lease Agreement No. 0592 with SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corporation for replacement capital equipment in the amount of $162,950.
