RESOLUTION 15 -2807 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTIONS 650, 05 -1573 AND 06 -1671; AMENDING THE CITY PURCHASING POLICY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City finds it necessary from time to time to restructure and /or make revisions to the City Purchasing Policy; and WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is in its best interest to create an amended Purchasing Policy to simplify, clarify, standardize, and modernize the policies governing Purchasing by the City; and WHEREAS, said Purchasing Policy shall be created through the repeal of Resolutions 650, 05 -1573 and 06 -1671; thereby amending the Purchasing Policy, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Purchasing Policy. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves the Purchasing Policy attached hereto as the official Purchasing Policy for the City of Casselberry. SECTION H. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolution in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED and ADOPTED this day of , AD 2015. ATTEST: Donna G.
