RESOLUTION 15 -2802 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY COMMISSION <br />MEETING AND AGENDA POLICIES; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, previously <br />adopted policies and rules governing the conduct of meetings of the City Commission by <br />Resolution 13 -2356, as amended and supplemented; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to amend the commencement time for regular <br />meetings of the City Commission from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby adopts the <br />City Commission Meeting and Agenda Policies attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part <br />hereof. <br />SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effects of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this day of ..
