Conditional use for selling beer and <br />wine in a CS (Service Commercial) zoning district. <br />Mr. Bob Cantu, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated October 14, 2015, <br />and a PowerPoint Presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Cantu said staff recommends the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission approve CU 15 -08 with the eleven conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Zhao Huang, owner, 1285 Seminola Boulevard, <br />Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Huang said he has read and <br />agrees with the conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 15 -08. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 15 -08, conditional use to allow the on -site consumption of alcoholic beverages as <br />allowed by the 2COP state license, for the property located at 1285 Seminola Boulevard, Unit 121, based on staffs <br />approval including the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated October 14, 2015, and the eleven <br />conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business: CU 15 -09: 907 SR 436 /Realm Tattoos. Conditional use for a body art establishment <br />in a CG (Commercial General) zoning district. <br />Ms. Emily Hanna, Planner I reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated October 14, 2015, <br />and a PowerPoint Presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy of the <br />PowerPoint presentation is attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Hanna said staff recommends the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 15 -09 to allow a Non - traditional use (body art establishment) at 907 <br />State Road 436. She said staff recommends approval with the five conditions outlined in the staff report. <br />In response to the Commission's question regarding notifying the other tenants in the plaza, Ms. Hanna said <br />that is not a requirement of the conditional use process. <br />
