CITY OF CASSELBERRY POLICE OFFICERS' AND FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING The Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Call to Order with Pledge of Allegiance The September 8, 2015 special meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance by Chairman Daniel Glancy at 4:34 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers. The Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the Records Management Liaison Officer for the Board. 2. The floor was opened for audience participation and no one came forward to speak. 4. Initial Hearing on the Disability Retirement Claim Filed By Vilay Khounphixay After discussion, the Board voted on the approval of the disability retirement claim filed by Vilay Khounphixay.
