Krantz wishes to recognize Detective Vilay Khounphixay upon his retirement after eleven (11) years and seven (7) months of service with the City. 7. Resolution 15 -2794 - Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with CDM Smith, Inc, to Provide Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #16 -011 Resolution 15 -2794 and related Budget Amendment 416 -011 provide for Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with CDM Smith, Inc. to provide construction engineering and inspection services in the amount of $176,740 for the Triplet Lake Drive Improvements project. C. Resolution 15 -2795 - Supplemental Agreement #15 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. and Related Budget Amendment #16 -012 Resolution 15 -2795 and related Budget Amendment #16 -012 provide for Supplemental Agreement #15 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. in the amount of $6,925 for services related to the planning and engineering to further the development of the Lake Concord Park District properties.
