D. Resolution 15 -2798 - Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Transportation Engineering with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. Resolution 15 -2798 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Transportation Engineering with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. to extend the current Agreement term by one year. E. Budget Amendment #15 -057 - Adjustments to the FY 2015 Budget Consideration of Budget Amendment #15 -057 to provide for recognition of certain one -time expenses and revenues resulting in minor budget adjustments to the FY 2015 Budget is requested. F. Resolution 15 -2799 - FY 2015 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments Resolution 15 -2799 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments approved during the fourth quarter of FY 2015. G. Resolution 15 -2800 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Cardno, Inc. Resolution 15 -2800 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Geographic Information System and Infrastructure Asset Management with Cardno, Inc. to extend the current Agreement term by one year. H. Approval to Waive the Competitive Process to Issue a Purchase Order to Versacourt, LLC for Resurfacing the Tennis Courts at Secret Lake Park and Related Budget Amendment #16- 009 Approval and authorization to waive the competitive process for the issuance of a purchase order to Versacourt, LLC in the amount of $42,185.20 for the purchase of material and equipment to resurface the tennis courts at Secret Lake Park and to provide installation supervisory services, and approval of related Budget Amendment #16 -009, are requested. I. Piggyback of the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract #15 -23 -0904 for Police Vehicle Purchase and Related Budget Amendment #16 -006 Consideration for approval to piggyback the Florida Sheriff's Association Contract #15 -23 -0904 for purchase of a Police vehicle in the amount of $30,128 and associated upgrades in the amount of $1,170 necessary to adapt the vehicle to Casselberiy Police Department's standards using Municipal Impact Fee Funds in the total amount of $31,298 and related Budget Amendment 416 -006 is requested. J. Piggyback of the Florida Sheriffs Association Contract #15 -23 -0904 for Purchase of Police Vehicles and Related Budget Amendment #16 -007 Consideration for approval to piggyback the Florida Sheriff's Association Contract #15 -23 -0904 to purchase two (2) Police replacement vehicles totaling $58,819 and associated upgrades in the amount of $9,025 necessary to adapt the vehicle to Casselberry Police Department's standards using Federal Treasury Equity Share Funds in the total amount of $67,844 and related Budget Amendment #16 -007 is requested. K. Florida Lake Management Society Love Your Lake Grant Application Consideration to submit a Florida Lake Management Society Love Your Lake Grant Application in the amount of $1,775 with a proposed match of $3,250 to provide assistance for the revegetation of the shoreline of Lake Concord Park is requested. L. Variance Request to City Code Section 58 -56, Unnecessary or Disturbing Noise Consideration of a variance is requested by Wharton -Smith, Inc. to allow demolition and construction of City projects outside the regular days and times permitted by City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 58, Article III, Offenses Against Public Peace, Section 58 -56, Unnecessary or Disturbing Noise. 8.
