Presentation: Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting The City of Casselberry has received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting for the Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2014. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., Invoice No. 66896 - $25,814.32 B. Resolution 15 -2796 - Amendment No.l to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. for Construction Engineering Inspection Services and Related Budget Amendment #16 -013 Resolution 15 -2796 and related Budget Amendment #16 -013 provide for consideration of Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. for Professional Services for Transportation Engineering to provide additional construction engineering inspection services for the South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $32,750. C. Resolution 15 -2797 - Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to Extend the Term of the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Transportation Engineering with CDM Smith, Inc. Resolution 15 -2797 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Transportation Engineering with CDM Smith, Inc. to extend the current Agreement term by one year.
