No Rezoning. <br />Minimizing redevelopment costs by avoiding upgrading the entire site to <br />current standards. <br />Parking variance remains in place. <br />Proposed retail uses to include a fast food restaurant with a drive -thru <br />and a bank with a drive -thru.
