The Commission expressed concerns with the size and scope of the project for this location and felt there was room for a compromise to reduce the height of the building. Mr. Henson explained that City Code allows for a more invasive project than what is being proposed tonight such as a multi - family project. Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address SPR 14 -07. Mr. Henson made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission approve SPR 14 -10, based on staffs recommendation including the conditions of approval, the additional verbiage that was presented at tonight's meeting (conditions of approval number 5, 6 and 7) and including all the exhibits and attachments that were presented tonight.
