Finance Director <br />1 A Client Acknowledgement of Receipt and Solicitor's Disclosure Statement was received <br />from Baird Advisers, Jack Evart stated that this form was from a third party marketer <br />and both fie and Scott Christiansen recommended against signing and returning the <br />document. A consensus was reached by the board to not complete the forill, <br />10. Attorney Report <br />A disability clann is beirn, processed for Vilay Khounphixay, The letter and interrogatories were <br />received on May 6, 2015, Christiansen & Delmer has begun to collect records. Since the 90 day <br />deadline falls prior to the next scheduled meeting date, the Plan attorney reconiniends extending the <br />processing tinic fur this clairn by 90 days. <br />MOTION. Member Strenth moved to extend the processing time for Vilay Kboamphixay's <br />disability claim by 90 days. Motion was seconded by Member Hufford. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />A metro was sent regarding the public records rule and the exception f6r the release of personal <br />information for police officers and firefighters. Ad ifilm-niation that is in the hands of the custodian <br />other than the employer is not excepted unless each member of the plan individually requests that their <br />information be kept confidential or the City can make the request on behalf of all situated inernbers. In <br />the Christiansen & Definer forms book, it is Form 1, It is requested that this form be completed again to <br />provide a current document. <br />Two pieces ofle-islation are beibre the Governor which relate to the pension plan awaiting action. One <br />bill would chang <br />,-c the mortality table to the version used by FRS. The other bill is regarding the use of <br />additional state monies.
