CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />POLICE OFFICERS' AND FIREFIGHTERS' <br />r ' <br />PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />The Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees met on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at <br />10:12 a.m. in the Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />TRUSTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Daniel Glancy, Vice -Chair <br />Matthew Ilettler, Secretary <br />James Strenth, Police Member <br />William Hufford, Member <br />Anthony Van Ore, Member <br />TRUSTEE MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />None <br />STAFF /OTHERS PRESENT: <br />Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director <br />Lorraine Armstrong, Records Management Liaison Officer <br />Scott Christiansen, Board Attorney <br />Michael Welker, The Bogdahn Group <br />1. Call to Order with Pledge of Allegiance <br />The February 11, 2014 meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was called to <br />order with the Pledge of Allegiance by Vice -Chair Daniel Glancy at 10:12 a.m. in the City Commission <br />Chambers. The Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the Records <br />Management Liaison Officer for the Board. <br />2. Roll Call <br />Vice -Chair Glancy called the roll of the Board Members, Vice -Chair Daniel Glancy, Member William <br />Hufford, Member Anthony Van Ore, Member James Strenth, and Member Matthew Hettler were <br />present. <br />3. Selection of Board Officers <br />Vice -Chair Glancy opened the floor for the selection of the new board officers. <br />MOTION: Member Strenth moved to select Vice -Chair Glancy for the position of Chairman, <br />Secretary Matthew Hettler for the position of Vice - Chair, and himself for the <br />position of Secretary. Motion was seconded by Member Van Ore. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. <br />4. Approval of Minutes — November 12, 2013 <br />Member Glancy noted that on page 3, the asset allocation suggestion from Mr. Welker for the fixed <br />income total should have read 25 %. <br />
