NEW CASES <br />No building permit, City Code Section 1 -4.3 <br />® CE -14 -00551 1085 Belle Ave <br />Mr. Lingenfelter read the above case into record; the violation was for no Building Permit. The City <br />became aware that work was being done at the property. The property is a commercial business, <br />showroom that is open to the public. The permit has been applied for on 6/23/2014 but has not been <br />successful in getting the permit issued. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner was present. There was no one present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on testimony and photo evidence, <br />1085 Belle Ave has continued to build without a permit. It is order that the property come into <br />compliance by 8/28/2014 or a fine of $25.00 per day will accrue. <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) <br />® CE -14 -00656 1412 Hilltop Dr. <br />Mr. Lingenfelter read the above case into record; the violation was for a damaged fence. The photograph show 2 presumably operable vehicles parked in the middle of the front <br />lawn. It is found that this is a violation of the City Code relating to personal use vehicles parked in an <br />unimproved area.
