RESOLUTION 15 -2771 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT #3 TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND COURTESY TOWING, INC. FOR TOWING, RECOVERY, AND VEHICLE STORAGE SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry relies on a vendor to provide towing, recovery, and vehicle storage services for all departments within the City; and WHEREAS, the current agreement with Courtesy towing, Inc. is due to expire on September 1, 2015; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry issued a request to Courtesy Towing, Inc. to extend their current agreement for towing, recovery, and vehicle storage services for an additional six (6) months; and WHEREAS, Amendment #3 is provided to extend the terms of the agreement with Courtesy Towing, Inc. for an additional six (6) months and will terminate on February 29, 2016. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: SECTON I. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby approves Amendment #3 to the Agreement with Courtesy Towing, Inc. for City -wide towing services and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. SECTION II. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. SECTION IV. Seyerability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effects of any other Section or part of this Resolution. SECTION V. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of e 2015. ATTEST: Donna G.
