Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Public Hearing: Resolution 15 -2786 - Adoption of Fiscal Year 2015 -2016 Final Millage Rate <br />Resolution 15 -2786 is provided for the second and final of two public hearings to adopt the tentative millage rate of <br />3.1201 mills as the final millage rate for the Fiscal Year 2015 -2016. <br />B. Public Hearing: Resolution 15 -2787 - Adoption of Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2015- <br />2016 <br />Resolution 15 -2787 is provided for the second of two public hearings to adopt the Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year <br />2015 -2016 in the amount of $42,795,681. <br />C. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 15 -1429 - Amendment to the City of Casselberry <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter II — District and General Regulations, <br />Article V - Zoning District Regulations <br />First reading of Ordinance 15 -1429 provides for an amendment to the City of Casselberry Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Chapter H — District and General Regulations <br />12. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 15 -2788 - Guaranteed Maximum Price with Wharton Smith, Inc. for Construction <br />of Lake Concord Park and Signature Street & Related Budget Amendment #16 -001 <br />Resolution 15 -2788 and related Budget Amendment #16 -001 provide for the Guaranteed Maximum Price with Wharton - <br />Smith, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk, for the construction of the Lake Concord Park district comprehensive <br />improvements and the Signature Street (Triplet Lake Drive) projects at a combined cost of $10,416,487. <br />13.
