Special Invoice Report Fisher & Phillips LLP, Invoice No. 22751- 944840 - $250.00 B. Resolution 15 -2782 -Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Fuel Charge Adjustment Decrease Resolution 15 -2782 provides for consideration of a fuel adjustment decrease for Waste Pro of Florida for solid waste collection based on the 2014 Consumer Price Index. C. Resolution 15 -2783 - Fourth Amendment to Operation and Easement Agreement with Target Corporation Resolution 15 -2783 provides for consideration of the fourth amendment to the Operation and Easement Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Target Corporation relative to the City -owned outparcel at the northwest intersection of US Hwy 17 -92 and Triplet Lake Drive. D. Resolution 15 -2784 - Amendment # 5 to Agreement with Milestone Professional Services, Inc. for Accounting Services Resolution 15 -2784 provides for a nine (9) month extension of the existing agreement with Milestone Professional Services, Inc. for accounting services at an annual fixed fee not to exceed $18,990. E. Resolution 15 -2785 - Amending the Casselberry Professional Firefighters Collective Bargaining Agreement Resolution 15 -2785 provides for consideration to amend and ratify Article 34 of the current collective bargaining agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Casselberry Professional Firefighters.
