EXHIBIT A TEMPORARY EASEMENT DESCRIPTION: A portion of Lot 1, Casselberry Municipal Center according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 28, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block A, Country Club Circle according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 45, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, said point being on the Easterly right of way line of U. S.
