Resolution 15 -2760 - Amending Resolution 15 -2744 to Change the Public Hearing Date for the Street Lighting Assessment Final Rate Resolution Resolution 15 -2760 provides for amending Resolution 15 -2744 to change the date of the public hearing for the Street Lighting Assessment Final Rate Resolution from August 10, 2015 to August 24, 2015, in order to meet statutory advertising requirements. C. Resolution 15 -2761 - Release of Utility Easement Agreement between Casselberry Gardens and Seminole County, Florida Resolution 15 -2761 provides for a Release of Utility Easement Agreement between Casselbeny Gardens and Seminole County, Florida (subsequently assigned to the City of Casselberry), for property located within the Lake Concord Park (City Center) Project. D. Resolution 15 -2762 - Release of Landscape Maintenance Commitment Agreement with Casselberry Investment Properties, Ltd. Resolution 15 -2762 provides for the release of the Landscape Maintenance Commitment Agreement between Casselberry Investment Properties, Ltd. and the City of Casselberry on properly located within the Lake Concord Park (City Center) Project.
