RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 15 -2755 - Amendment #11 to the Agreement for General Construction <br />Management at Risk for Projects Less than $2 Million with Wharton- Smith, Inc. and Related <br />Budget Amendment #15 -048 <br />Resolution 15 -2755 and related Budget Amendment #15 -048 provide for Amendment # 11 to the Agreement with <br />Wharton- Smith, Inc. for General Construction Management at Risk for Projects Less than $2 Million for installation of a <br />coating system for the South Water Treatment Plant's elevated water tower for an amount not to exceed $531,318. <br />10. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 15 -1427 - Legacy Park Planned Development <br />Master Land Use Plan Amendment <br />Ordinance 15 -1427 is provided for a public hearing on first reading of a proposed amendment to the Legacy Park Planned <br />Development Master Land Use Plan. This item is continued fiom the July 13, 2015 City Commission meeting. <br />B. Public Hearing: Resolution 15 -2753 - Community Redevelopment Agency Term Extension <br />Resolution 15 -2753 provides for a two -year extension to the term of the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency <br />to December 11, 2017. <br />12.
