Principal Building. A building in which is con- <br />ducted the principal use of the lot on which it is situated. <br />In a residential district any dwelling shall be deemed the <br />principal building on the lot on which the same is located. <br />Any attached carport, shed or garage or any other structure <br />with one or more walls or a part of one wall being a part of <br />10. Building, Height of. The vertical distance <br />from the grade to the highest point of the coping of a flat <br />roof or to the mean height level between eaves and ridge <br />for gable, hip and gambrel roofs. <br />11. Building Lines. Determined from the extreme <br />support for the roof of the main structure or appurtenance <br />thereto. <br />12. Bulkhead. A retainer wall or structure designed <br />to prevent the erosion of land by water action or acts of <br />nature. <br />13. Bulkhead Line. An artificial line established <br />in or along the ocean, river, canal or other body of water, <br />in order to fix and establish the maximum distance from the <br />existing shoreline within which filling will be permitted. <br />14. Business Services. Any commercial activity <br />primarily conducted in an office, not involving the sale of <br />goods or commodities available in the office, and not <br />5 <br />
