A lot which is part of a subdivi- <br />sionD the plat of which has been recorded in the Office of the <br />Clerk of the Court of Seminole County, Florida, or a parcel of <br />land, the deed of which was recorded in the Office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court of Seminole County, Florida, on or befoye <br />the effective date of this ordinance. <br />39) Lot, Corner. A lot abutting upon two (2) or <br />Z:) <br />more streets at their intersection. <br />40) <br />o Frontage. A lot having a frontag4 <br />on two (2) nonintersecting streets as distinguished from a <br />41) Lot Depth. The depth of a lot is the distance <br />measured in a mean direction of the side lines of the lot from <br />the midpoint of the front line to the midpoint of the opposite <br />rear line of the lot. <br />42) Lot Width. The mean horizontal distance between <br />the side lot lines, measured at right angles to the depth. <br />43) Motel. A building or a group of buildings con- <br />taining sleeping accommodations or efficiency units and in <br />conjunction with which there may be a restaurant. <br />44) Nonconforming Use. Any building or land lawfully <br />occupied by a use at the time of passage of this ordinance or <br />amendment thereto which does not conform after the passage of <br />this ordinance or amendment thereto with the use regulations <br />of the district in which it is situated.
