BE IT ORDAINED AND RE-ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Casselberry, Florida, is herewith and hereby amended to read as follows: WkyAlkyj UZI [ON F (a) Uses Permitted. In a "C-1" Commercial District, all buildings and pre- mises except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance, may be used for any use permitted in a "R-2" Family District or for any other use, except the following: 1. Bakery (employing more than five persons). 2. Blacksmith or horseshoeing shop. 3. Building material storage yard. 4. Carting, express, hauling or storage yard. 5. Contractor's plant or storage yard. 6. Coal., coke or wood yard. 7. Cooperage works. 8. Dyeing and cleaning works (employing more than 5 persons). 9. Ice plant or storage house of more than 12 tons capacity. 10. Laundry (employing more than five persons). 11. Livery stable. 12. Lumber yard. 13. Machine Shop, except as incidental to the business con- ducted on the premises. 14. Milk distributing station other than a retail business con- ducted on the premises. 15. Storage warehouse., except as incidental to the business conducted on the premises. 16. All uses excluded from an industrial district. 17. Public garages. 18. Acetylene gas manufacture or storage, except storage in- cidental to use in the business conducted on the premises. 19. Acid manufacture. 20. Ammonia, bleaching powder, or chlorine manufacture. 21. Arsenal. 22. Asphalt manufacture or refining. 23. Bag cleaning. 24. Blast furnace. 25. Boiler works. 26. Brick, the or terra cotta manufacture. 27. Candle manufacture. 28. Celluloid manufacture. 29. Cement, lime, gypsum or plaster of paris manufacture. 30. Coke ovens. 31. Cotton gin. 32. Crematory. 33. Cresote treatment or manufacture.
