-4- (b) Building Site Area The minimum building site area shall be one lot or a parcel of land ten thousand (10,000) square feet in area for each one (single) family dwelling& Such parcels shall have a minimum frontage at the building line of at le -_st seventy -five (7 5) feet. Where a lot or parcel of land has an area of :1 e;: t?i.an the above required minimum and shows of record at the time of the passage of t'�iis Ordinance, said lot may be occupied by one (1) family, provided,however, that the minimum side frontage and rear yard requirements as set out in this section are observed. (c) Building area. Tha main building shall enclose a minimum area of nine hundred fifty (950) square feet, exclusive of porches and carport or garage (d) Height. No building shall exceed 2 stories or 35 feet in heights (e) Front Yard. The front building line shall be no closer than 35 feet to the front lot line unless the building line has otherwise been established in the block on forty percent (40 %) or more of the frontage; but ir_ no case shall e, required set -aback exceed 50 feet ® Where interior lots have a double frontage the required front yard shall be provided on both streets. (f) Side Yard. There shall be a side yard on each side of a building having a width or not less than seven and one -half (72) feet- (g) Rear Yard.
