is equal to the average size of a Single Family Residential Parcel within the City on which a <br />Dwelling Unit has or can be constructed, which is .26 acres. <br />"Excluded Parcels" means Tax Parcels comprising Excluded Subdivisions, Vacant <br />Property, Government Property, Undevelopable Property, and any areas located within the <br />Street Lighting Service Area that are used for public purposes and do not receive a special <br />benefit from the Street Lighting Services, including by way of example and not limitation, <br />right -of -ways and utility easements. <br />"Excluded Subdivisions" means those platted subdivisions within the City for <br />which the respective homeowners' association or members thereof pay Progress Energy <br />directly for lighting the platted right -of -ways therein. Excluded Subdivisions currently <br />include Brittany Gardens, Field Club, Lake Griffin Estates, Legacy Park, Legacy Park — <br />Phase III and Lost Lake Estates. The City Manager may extend the determination as to <br />whether Tax Parcels comprise an Excluded Subdivision after verification, field research, <br />and /or the presentation of competent, substantial evidence by an affected property owner. <br />"Fiscal Year" means the period commencing on October 1 of each year and <br />continuing through the next succeeding September 30, or such other period as may be <br />prescribed by law as the fiscal year for the City. <br />"Fiscal Year 2015 -16" means the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2015. <br />"General Parcel" means any Tax Parcel that is not a Single Family Residential <br />Parcel or an Excluded Parcel. <br />"Government Property" means property owned by the United States of America, <br />the State of Florida, a sovereign state or nation, a county, a special district, a municipal <br />corporation, or any of their respective agencies or political subdivisions. <br />3 <br />
