Piggyback Purchase and Installation of Playground Equipment for Secret Lake Park from <br />GameTime <br />This item provides for the piggyback purchase and installation of playground equipment for the Secret Lake Park <br />playground in the amount of $18,444.94 from GameTime using the National Cooperative Purchase Program, U.S. <br />Communities, and piggybacking the Mecklenburg County, State of North Carolina Contract No. 110179. <br />H. Amendment #1 to the Managed Services Agreement with Eola Technology Partners, LLC <br />Amendment #1 to the Managed Services Agreement with Eola Technology Partners, LLC for information systems <br />contracting provides for an additional $4,000 per month to the amount of $11,000 per month previously approved, for a <br />total of $15,000 per month through December 31, 2015. <br />I. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 15 -1427 - Legacy Park Planned Development <br />Master Land Use Plan Amendment (Continued) <br />Ordinance 15 -1427 is provided for a public hearing on first reading of a proposed amendment to the Legacy Park Planned <br />Development Master Land Use Plan for the purpose of relocating the Geneva School and re- designating Tract M -1 <br />from `Recreation Park' to `Residential Garden Homes'. This item is continued from the June 22, 2015 City Commission <br />meeting. <br />
