Unless the item is removed fiom the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report Luis R. Guzman, Esquire, Invoice No. 17 - $465.00 B. Resolution 15 -2741 - Monza Subdivision Plat Extension, SP 15 -05 Resolution 15 -2741 provides for consideration to extend the time to file and /or record the approved Monza Subdivision plat through December 31, 2015. C. Resolution 15 -2742 - Seminole County 2015 -2020 Local Mitigation Strategy Plan Resolution 15 -2742 provides for the adoption of Seminole County's 2015 -2020 Local Mitigation Strategy Plan that is required in order to be considered for continued grant funding through the Federal Emergency Management Agency. D. Resolution 15 -2743 - Amendment #1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 44 with CPH Engineers, Inc. for Post Design Services Related to the Engineering Analysis and Repair of the Influent Structure at the Casselberry WRF and Related Budget Amendment #15 -047 Resolution 15 -2743 and Budget Amendment #15 -047 provide for Amendment #1 for post design services related to Supplemental Agreement No. 44 with CPH Engineers, Inc. for the Engineering Analysis and Repair of the Influent Structure at the Casselberry Water Reclamation Facility for an amount not to exceed $5,000. E. Resolution 15 -2744 - Street Lighting Assessment Preliminary Rate Resolution Resolution 15 -2744 provides for a Preliminary Rate Resolution for the implementation of the Street Lighting Assessment for Fiscal Year 2016.
