TERM/TERMINATION. <br />(A) The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years, but shall be <br />automatically renewed for successive one (1) year terms as to all parties unless a party notifies <br />all other parties that it is opting out of this Agreement in accordance with Subsection (b), in <br />which case the parties shall meet and determine, no less than sixty (60) days prior to the <br />expiration date of a term, as to whether the Agreement should continue in effect as to the <br />remaining parties. <br />(B) If any party wishes to terminate this Agreement as it applies to said party, notice of such <br />termination shall be given to all other parties no less that one hundred and twenty (120) days <br />prior to the expiration date of a term. Termination shall be effective one hundred and twenty <br />(120) days from the date notice is perfected as provided herein. <br />(C) Termination of this Agreement shall occur as to obligations between parties for each <br />party entering a joint planning agreement at the time of adoption of joint planning agreements <br />between these parties.
