Resolution 15 -2696 - Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for Funding of Oxford Road <br />Improvements <br />Resolution 15 -2696 provides for an Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County in which the County would provide <br />advance funding in the amount of $1,511,245 to allow the City to proceed with construction of proposed complete street <br />improvements for N. Oxford Road. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />A. First Reading of Ordinance 15 -1417 - Lake Howell Municipal Service Benefit Unit <br />Ordinance 15 -1417 provides for consideration on first reading to allow a proposed Seminole County MSBU (Municipal <br />Service Benefit Unit) to include certain properties within City limits, in order to provide aquatic plant management <br />services for the entirety of Lake Howell. <br />11. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 14 -1414 - Amendment to the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations (LPA 14 -08) and Official Zoning Map (ZB 14 -02) to include the <br />Lake Concord Overlay District <br />Ordinance 14 -1414 provides for adoption on second reading to amend the City's Unified Land Development Regulations <br />to add Section 2 -7.32, Lake Concord Overlay District Standards, and to amend the Official Zoning Map to add the Lake <br />Concord Overlay District. <br />
