B. First Reading of Ordinance 14 -1416 - Authorizing the Inclusion of the City of Casselberry in <br />the County Municipal Services Taxing Unit and Repeal Parts of the City Code <br />Ordinance 14 -1416 provides for consideration on first reading to authorize the inclusion of the City of Casselberry in <br />Seminole County's Fire and Emergency Medical Services Municipal Services Taxing Unit (MSTU) and the levy of ad <br />valorem tax on real and personal property within the City of Casselberry by Seminole County by the amount of the <br />MSTU millage rate, and to generally remove references to the Fire Department from the City Code. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff, 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />A. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 14 -1412 - Annexation of AMF Bowling Center <br />Parcels and a Portion of Wilshire Boulevard <br />Ordinance 14 -1412 provides for the annexation of the AMF Bowling Center parcels (PIN 20- 21- 30- 300 -OAIB -0000 and <br />PIN 20- 21 -30- 300 -OA1E -0000) and a portion of Wilshire Boulevard into the City's limits. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Request for Reduction of a Code Enforcement Lien - 1408 Tipton Road <br />Consideration to reduce the Code Enforcement lien on the property located at 1408 Tipton Road for case number CE -12- <br />00553 from a total lien amount of $8,175 to $1,000 to be paid within 60 days is requested. <br />B. Board Appointment - Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees <br />13.
