9. RESOLUTIONS A. Resolution 14 -2685 - Fire and Emergency Medical Services Interlocal Agreement Between Seminole County and City of Casselberry Resolution 14 -2685 provides for approval of the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Interlocal Agreement between Seminole County and the City of Casselberry. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading of Ordinance 14 -1415 - Amending the City Charter to Allow for the Transfer of the Fire Protection Services to Seminole County Ordinance 14 -1415 provides for consideration on first reading to amend the City Charter to allow for the transfer of Fire Protection Services to Seminole County. B. First Reading of Ordinance 14 -1416 - Authorizing the Inclusion of the City of Casselberry in the County Municipal Services Taxing Unit and Repeal Parts of the City Code Ordinance 14 -1416 provides for consideration on first reading to authorize the inclusion of the City of Casselberry in Seminole County's Fire and Emergency Medical Services Municipal Services Taxing Unit (MSTU) and the levy of ad valorem tax on real and personal property within the City of Casselberry by Seminole County by the amount of the MSTU millage rate, and to generally remove references to the Fire Department from the City Code. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS. The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff; 2nd - Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, discussion and action.) A. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 14 -1412 - Annexation of AMF Bowling Center Parcels and a Portion of Wilshire Boulevard Ordinance 14 -1412 provides for the annexation of the AMF Bowling Center parcels (PIN 20- 21 -30- 300 -OA1B -0000 and PIN 20- 21 -30- 300 -OA1E -0000) and a portion of Wilshire Boulevard into the City's limits. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Request for Reduction of a Code Enforcement Lien - 1408 Tipton Road Consideration to reduce the Code Enforcement lien on the property located at 1408 Tipton Road for case number CE -12- 00553 from a total lien amount of $8,175 to $1,000 to be paid within 60 days is requested. B. Board Appointment -Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees 13.
