Resolution 14 -2679 - Casselberry Square Lot 1 Final Plat (SP 14 -01) Resolution 14 -2679 provides for approval of the Casselberry Square Lot 1 final plat SP 14 -01 to create a.54 acre outparcel from the approximate 10 acre shopping center (current parcel ID #21- 21 -30- 300 -004C -0000) at 900 State Road 436. C. Resolution 14 -2680 - Monza Final Plat (SP 14 -03) Resolution 14 -2680 provides for approval of the Monza final plat SP 14 -03 to create a.56 acre outparcel from the 7.38 acre business park (current Parcel ID #17- 21 -30- 300 -025A -0000) at 487 State Road 436. D. Resolution 14 -2681 - Amending Article 33, Wages, of the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association Collective Bargaining Agreement and Related Budget Amendment #15 -017 Resolution 14 -2681 provides for the amendment and ratification of Article 33, Wages, of the current collective bargaining agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association. Related Budget Amendment #15 -017 provides the necessary funding for the negotiated salary adjustments. E. Resolution 14 -2682 - Supplemental Agreement No. 45 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CPH Engineers, Inc. for the Design of Gravity Sewer Improvements Along NE Triplet Drive Resolution 14 -2682 provides for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 45 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CPH Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $30,538.80 for Design of Gravity Sewer Improvements along NE Triplet Drive.
