Minutes of September 8, 2014 -Regular Meeting 6. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., Invoice No. 62630 - $38,232.09 B. Budget Amendment #14 -061- Adjustments to the FY 2014 Budget Budget Amendment #14 -061 provides for recognition of certain one -time expenses and revenues resulting in minor budget adjustments to the FY 2014 Budget. C. Resolution 14 -2674 - FY 2014 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments Resolution 14 -2674 provides for consideration to formally adopt budget amendments approved during the fourth quarter of FY 2014. D. Resolution 14 -2675 - Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CDM Smith, Inc., for Construction Engineering Inspection Services for the South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #15 -010 Resolution 14 -2675 and related Budget Amendment #15 -010 provide for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. for Professional Services for Transportation Engineering to provide construction engineering inspection services for the South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $102,675 without prior written authorization. E. Resolution 14 -2676 - Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for the South Triplet Lake Drive and Oxford Road Complete Street Improvements Projects and Related Budget Amendment #15 -013 Resolution 14 -2676 provides for consideration of Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in the amount of $10,130 to provide additional design services for Oxford Road.
