C. Resolution 14 -2672 - Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with Cathcart Construction Company - Florida for Construction of the Elm Drive Lift Station Relocation Project and Related Budget Amendment# 15 -009 Resolution 14 -2672 and related Budget Amendment # 15 -009 provide for consideration of Award of Bid and Construction Agreement with Cathcart Construction Company — Florida, in the amount of $544,188, for construction of the Elm Drive Lift Station Relocation Project. D. Resolution 14 -2673 - Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Florida Department of Transportation for State Highway Maintenance and Related Budget Amendment #15 -002 Resolution 14 -2673 and related Budget Amendment #15 -002 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the State Highway Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Contract #APT00 with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for an additional $20,844 for the period of November 1, 2014 to April 30, 2016 to compensate to the City for added maintenance of the right -of -ways on S.R. 436 from Howell Branch Road to the southern end of the City limits or the Orange County line. E. Use of Federal Treasury Trust Funds to Purchase Police Radios and Related Budget Amendment #15 -008 This item provides for the upgrade of fourteen (14) of the Police Department's County Net mobile police radios as well as the purchase of twenty-eight (28) additional radios using Federal Treasury Trust funds in the total amount of $81,529 and related Budget Amendment #15 -008. 8. First Reading of Ordinance 14 -1411 - Establishing a Temporary Moratorium of 270 Days Prohibiting the Operation of Any Medical Marijuana Facilities Ordinance 14 -1411 provides for consideration on first reading a temporary moratorium of 270 days prohibiting the operation of any medical marijuana facilities within the City of Casselbetry, and on the issuance of business tax receipts, development orders or permits for medical marijuana facilities, within the City limits in order to provide the City an opportunity to review and enact regulations governing said activities. 11.
