OFFICIAL NOTICE <br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />95 TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE <br />CASELBERRY, FLORIDA 32707 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE OF JOINT WORK SESSION <br />WITH SEMINOLE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />At the August 25, 2014, City Commission Meeting, Resolution 14 -1467 was <br />unanimously passed and adopted, and provides public notice in accordance with Section <br />166.0123(2), Florida Statutes, that Casselberry City Commission will hold a joint work <br />session with the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners to discuss matters <br />relating the Oxford Road Long Range Redevelopment Plan at the following time and <br />place: <br />DATE: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2014 <br />TIME: 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible <br />PLACE: Seminole County Services Building <br />Room 3024 <br />1101 East First Street <br />Sanford, Florida 32771 <br />This is a public meeting and the public is invited to attend. The agenda is being set by <br />the Seminole County Board of County Commissioners and is subject to change. Please <br />be advised that one (1) or more members of the City's Advisory Boards may be in <br />attendance and may participate in the discussions at the meeting. <br />TO THE PUBLIC: Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings, <br />hearings, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to insure that a <br />verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which <br />the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.
