9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 14 -2638 - Amendment #6 to the Agreement for General Construction <br />Management at Risk for Projects Less than $2 Million with Wharton- Smith, Inc. for <br />Construction of the Water Reclamation Facility Aeration System Improvements and Related <br />Budget Amendment #14 -050 <br />Resolution 14 -2638 and related Budget Amendment #14 -050 provide for Amendment #6 to the Agreement for General <br />Construction Management at Risk for Projects Less than $2 Million with Wharton- Smith, Inc. for construction of the <br />Water Reclamation Facility aeration system improvements for an amount not to exceed $1,379,335. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES - None. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time <br />for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff, 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) - None. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Request for Reduction of Code Enforcement Liens - 500 Bridle Path <br />Consideration to reduce three Code Enforcement liens on the property located at 500 Bridle Path for case numbers CE- <br />12 -01784 (from lien amount $8,800 to $4,400), CE -12 -01785 (from lien amount $8,250 to $4,125), and CE -12 -01940 <br />(from lien amount $18,900 to $9,450) from a total of $35,950 to $17,975 to be paid within 60 days is requested. <br />B. Subdivision Waiver Request for Monza, L.L.C. (MISC 14 -11) <br />An application on behalf of Monza, L.L.C. for a waiver to the subdivision regulations has been submitted for City <br />Commission consideration. <br />13.
