PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS -None. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 14 -2630 - Amendment #1 to the Contract with Cardno TBE for the Police Station Brownfield Clean -up Project and Budget Amendment #14 -038 Resolution 14 -2630 and related Budget Amendment #14-038 provide for Amendment #1 in the amount of $208,771 to the original agreement with Cardno TBE for mitigation services in connection with the Brownfield clean -up project at the Casselberry Police Station site located on U.S. Hwy. 17 -92. B. Resolution 14 -2632 - FY 2014 Third Quarter Budget Amendments Resolution 14 -2632 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments approved during the third quarter of FY 2014, C. Resolution 14 -2634 - Street Lighting Assessment Preliminary Rate Resolution Resolution 14 -2634 provides for a Preliminary Rate Resolution for the implementation of the Street Lighting Assessment for Fiscal Year 2015. D. Renewal with Cigna HealthCare for Employee Health Insurance for FY 2015 Renewal of City employees' health insurance coverage with Cigna HealthCare is requested. E. Purchase of a Replacement Flow Meter at the North Water Treatment Plant Well N -1 & Related Budget Amendment 914 -045 Purchase of a replacement flow meter in the amount of $2,377 for the North Water Treatment Plant Well N -1 and approval of related Budget Amendment # 14 -045 are requested. F. Tentative Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2014/2015 Consideration to set the tentative millage rate for Fiscal Year 2014/2015 (FY 2015) at 5.4500 mills is requested.
