PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS A. Presentation: Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts Kathy Ramsberger, President of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, has requested an opportunity to provide a Powerpoint presentation detailing background information on the Center for the Performing Arts. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report The Special Invoice Report provides for Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Services by Luis R. Guzman, Esq. for May 2014 in the amount of $555.00. B. Resolution 14 -2609 - Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for Lake Water Quality Monitoring Resolution 14 -2609 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for quarterly ambient lake water quality sampling of the City's lakes in an amount not to exceed $18,264.23 per year for up to five years ($91,321.15). C. Resolution 14 -2610 - Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for Park Drive Drainage and Wetland Improvements Feasibility Study and Associated Budget Amendment #14 -036 Resolution 14 -2610 and associated Budget Amendment #14 -036 provides for Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. for a feasibility study for Park Drive drainage and wetland improvements in an amount not to exceed $33,960.64.
