application shall be on forms furnished by the City and shall constitute an agreement by the applicant with the City to abide by the provisions of this Article and such applicable rules of the City in regard to the use of its sewer system as may from time to time be operative and effective. Applications for service by firms, partnerships, associations and corporations shall be tendered only by heir duly authorized agents, and the official title of those parties shall be affixed to the applications. SECTION 4. Section 86 -186, Benefit fee, connection fee and meter installation charge, of Chapter 86, Utilities, is hereby amended as follows: Sec. 86 -186. — Benefit fee, connection fee and meter installation charge. (a) Generally. There are hereby established uniform charges for replacement and expansion of major main lines and water supply treatment plants and plant capacity, water storage, and master pumping facilities, fire flow and pressure capacities, and other necessary water production and transmission facilities inside and outside the corporate limits of the City which shall be paid for by the user prior to hookup or as specified by agreement, pursuant to Section 86 -3, for the maximum present and future performance of the waterworks system as additional connection are completed. SECTION 5 - CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and i t is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re- lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. SECTION 6 - CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 7 - SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance.
