Resolution 14 -2604 - Vacating a Portion of East Melody Lane <br />Resolution 14 -2604 provides for consideration to approve vacating a portion of East Melody Lane which has become a <br />part of Lake Concord Park. <br />L Resolution 14 -2605 - Application for US 17 -92 CRA Grant for Casselberry Exchange Area <br />Study <br />Resolution 14 -2605 provides for consideration to submit a request to the Seminole County US 17 -92 Community <br />Redevelopment Agency to fund $150,000 toward a planning study of the Casselberry Exchange area to include the <br />intersection of US Hwy 17 -92 and SR 436. <br />J. Resolution 14 -2606 - Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Engineering Design Services Related to the Seminola Force <br />Main Replacement Project and Related Budget Amendment #14 -033 <br />Resolution 14 -2606 and Budget Amendment #14 -033 provide for consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the <br />Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for design services related to the Seminola Boulevard Force <br />Main Replacement Project for an amount not to exceed of $104,372.00 without prior authorization. <br />K. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Invasive Plant Management Grant <br />Application <br />This item provides for consideration to submit a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Invasive Plant <br />Management Grant Proposal to provide invasive plant treatments for City -owned conservation areas. <br />M. Sole Source Purchase and Installation of a Wet Well Pump Station for the Forest Brook <br />Pump Station Rehabilitation Project and Related Budget Amendment #14 -031 <br />This item and related Budget Amendment # 14 -031 provide for consideration of the sole source purchase of a pump <br />station from Smith and Loveless in the amount of $29,673 and installation by their only approved installer, Sanders <br />Company, Inc., in the amount of $26,283 for the Forest Brook Pump Station Rehabilitation project. <br />N. Sole Source Purchase and Installation of a Wet Well Pump Station for the Lake Hodge Pump <br />Station Rehabilitation Project and Related Budget Amendment #14 -032 <br />This item and related Budget Amendment # 14 -032 provide for consideration of the sole source purchase of a pump <br />station from Smith and Loveless in the amount of $30,829, installation by their only approved installer, Sanders <br />Company, Inc. in the amount of $45,609 and $1,995 for electrical service feed rework for the Lake Hodge Pump Station <br />Rehabilitation project. <br />
