CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission /Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br />Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Daniel Hale, Vice - Chairman <br />Luis Guzman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Ron Bryan <br />Michael Wadley <br />Nathan Van Meter <br />Members absent: <br />Andrew Meadows, Chairman <br />Staff members present: <br />Marie Regan, Planner II <br />Jason Sorensen, Planner I <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Hale at 6:30 p.m. <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on July 10, 2013. <br />Mr. Hale stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the meeting held on Wednesday, July <br />10, 2013. Mr. Wadley moved to accept the July 10, 2013 minutes. Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Third Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />Mr. Hale disclosed ex parte communications for SPR 13 -07, Fountains at Lake Kathryn. Mr. Hale stated that he is a <br />parishioner at St. Augustine Church which he believed had five parcels of land involved in the project and that he has no direct <br />financial involvement. He said the secretary/treasurer of the church questioned him regarding a possible rezoning of the land. <br />Fourth Item of Business: LPA 13 -07: Temporary Signs. An ordinance amending Article XVI. Signs. to provide for <br />definitions, reorganizing the Temporary Sign Section and provide for additional criteria. <br />Mr. Sorensen, Planner I, requested this item be continued to the September 11, 2013 Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting. Mr. Hale asked for a motion to continue this item. Mr. Guzman made a motion to continue LPA 13 -07 <br />
